Welcome at Le Relais de Chasse
Annelot and Diana welcome you to their rooms & breakfast in Chantenay Saint Imbert. You will find us on the border of Burgundy and Auvergne, not far from the N7.
Here we offer you the opportunity to enjoy peace, space, overwhelming nature, historic sites, beautiful gardens and peaceful golf courses. And all at just 230 km south/east of Paris.
The property was built in the 16th century as a hunting lodge commissioned by the Princess of Cleves, expanded in the 18th century and since 2006 used as a bed and breakfast (a short summary of more than 400 years of history). History that is still visible and tangible on the original spiral staircase, in the rooms with ancient beams and when you set foot in the gate. The building, the garden, the village and the surroundings give a good impression of life in the Bourbonnais. Everything breathes tranquility, history and a preference for the good, Burgundian life.
Guestrooms & Food
While maintaining the authentic details, we created four comfortable, spacious rooms. Each room has its own character and is equipped with a sitting area, a TV/DVD player, a kettle and an en-suite bathroom or shower room with sink, toilet and hairdryer. Two rooms have extra long (2.20m) beds.
In addition to the breakfast included with your stay, we are happy to offer you the option of dining at our table d'hôtes (book up to 24 hours before arrival)
